Does Nyx post replies to Google without asking me?
Only if you set that rule. The default is approval: every draft waits for your tap in the dawn report. You can switch a location to “post after 24 hours of silence” for 4 and 5-star reviews and keep approval for anything lower.
Can she reward customers for leaving a review?
No, and that option does not exist in the product. U.S. federal rules and Google's policy both prohibit paying or discounting for reviews, and Google prohibits asking only happy customers. Nyx sends the review link to every customer and rewards only referrals, repeat visits, and private feedback.
How does she get my reviews without a Google login?
Google, Yelp and Facebook email you the moment a review is posted. Nyx reads that mailbox over a read-only app password, parses the notification, and files the review under the right location. When Google grants direct access, she uses it. Either way you never hand over your Google password.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Nothing. Nyx never becomes the owner of a listing. She audits what you own and tells you what to fix. Cancel and your listings stay exactly as they are, under your logins.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Replies are drafted in the language of the review. The dawn report, the referral messages and the repeat card come in English or Spanish, your choice per business.
